Is Forttier a subscription service?

Yes. Forttier is provided as a managed subscription service. Access remains active while the subscription is current and subject to the applicable service terms.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes. The subscription renews automatically according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Is Forttier a shared software account?

No. Forttier is delivered through a dedicated managed environment configured for the subscribed business. The precise infrastructure and isolation arrangements are governed by the selected service and deployment terms.

What is included in the plans?

Each plan includes the modules, operational capacity and managed services stated in its current specification. Features or services not expressly listed are not included automatically.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Plan upgrades and approved capacity expansions can be requested as the business grows. Downgrades may require an operational review where existing usage exceeds the limits of the requested plan.

Are third-party charges included?

No, unless expressly stated. Payment-provider fees, SMS usage, email delivery, external subscriptions, hardware and other third-party charges remain separate.

Are third-party services included in the Add-on price?

No. External subscriptions, provider usage, SMS or email charges, payment transaction fees, hardware and other third-party services are billed separately unless specifically included.

Are Add-ons included?

Only Add-ons expressly listed as included in the selected plan are provided without an additional charge. Other modules, connectors and capacity extensions are available separately.

What is Add-ons?

A one-time assisted configuration service covering supported account connection, standard settings and launch testing. Data migration, custom workflows, content creation, hardware installation and development work are quoted separately.

What does Module Access include?

Module Access provides ongoing use of the selected Forttier module or supported connector while the Add-on subscription remains active. Configuration services and Third-party external provider costs, subscriptions, provider charges, message usage, transaction fees, hardware and external services are not included unless expressly stated. 

Is setup included?

Standard deployment and base configuration are governed by the selected plan and deployment scope. Add-on configuration, data migration, custom workflows, content preparation and development work may require a separate setup service or quotation.

Can Forttier be customised?

Approved customisation and integrations are available separately. Their availability, price and delivery schedule depend on technical compatibility, security, licensing and operational requirements.

What is Assisted Setup?

Assisted Setup is a one-time configuration service covering supported account connection, standard settings and launch testing for the selected Add-on. Any add-on, whether default in your plan or added as an extra, you can set up yourself without applying an assisted setup fee, if you don't want to do that you could include this fee and we will make it ready for you to use.

Does Assisted Setup include custom work?

No. Data migration, custom workflows, content creation, hardware installation, complex integrations and development work require a separate quotation.

How are Add-ons billed?

Add-ons are billed monthly and renew with the associated Forttier subscription unless removed before the next billing period.

What happens when an Add-on is removed?

Access to the Add-on and its related functionality may be disabled at the end of the applicable billing period. Existing records remain subject to Forttier’s retention and service terms.

Does removing an Add-on cancel the external provider account?

No. External provider accounts, subscriptions and usage charges are controlled separately and must be cancelled directly with the relevant provider where required.

Can an Add-on be added or removed later?

Yes, subject to plan compatibility, technical requirements and any applicable setup or reconfiguration work.

What support and updates are included?

Standard support and controlled Forttier updates are included according to the selected plan. Custom development, third-party fault resolution, emergency recovery and work outside the agreed support scope are charged separately.

What happens if the subscription is cancelled?

Access continues until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated. Cancellation does not automatically terminate external provider accounts, subscriptions or charges managed directly by the customer.

Can business data be exported?

Yes. You can Export/Import Your Data from Dashboard > Tools > Export/Import Data. Your Forttier data exports also can be requested subject to the applicable format, access controls, retention requirements and service terms. Custom migration or transformation work may be quoted separately.
