Promotional Terms
Forttier Custom Work
Forttier Custom Work provides approved client-specific changes to an existing dedicated Forttier installation.
Eligible work may include interface adjustments, settings, forms, booking rules, roles, permissions, operational workflows, and supported process logic.
It does not include standard platform maintenance, confirmed defects in maintained functionality, new modules, complex integrations, migrations, or architectural development.
Pricing Display
Displayed prices may show a one-time, promotional, monthly-equivalent, subscription, or renewal rate.
Where a monthly price is shown for a multi-period subscription, it may represent a monthly-equivalent rate. The full selected billing period may be charged upfront.
The final price depends on the selected package, billing period, currency, applicable taxes, add-ons, and separately approved work.
One-Time Access
One-time packages do not renew automatically.
They include only the Custom Credits, active-work allowance, and service scope stated in the selected offer.
Additional or extended work may require another package, additional credits, or a separate quotation.
Subscription Access
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Credits reset at the beginning of each billing period and do not roll over unless expressly stated otherwise.
Subscription access does not provide unlimited development, revisions, support, or technical availability.
Renewal Pricing
Promotional or introductory pricing may apply only to the initial selected term.
Subscriptions may then renew at the displayed renewal rate or the current standard price for the selected package.
The applicable billing period and renewal price will be displayed before purchase.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date to prevent future charges.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund completed work or unused access within the active billing period.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Custom Credits
Custom Credits provide structured access to approved client-specific work.
Credits may be used for eligible interface changes, configuration, forms, booking settings, workflow adjustments, roles, permissions, operational views, and related technical checks.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded unless expressly agreed in writing.
Each package is limited by both its available credits and stated active-work allowance.
Active Work
Active Work may include request assessment, investigation, dependency checks, implementation, configuration, testing, validation, controlled deployment, and related documentation.
The allowance is not limited only to visible editing or coding time.
Delays caused by waiting for customer information, access, or approval are not normally treated as Active Work.
Scope Control
Each request must be reviewed before implementation.
Forttier may limit, reclassify, defer, reject, or quote separately for work exceeding the selected package, available allowance, or acceptable technical risk.
Splitting a larger project into several smaller requests does not convert Major Work into credit-covered Custom Work.
Standard Platform Work
Standard Forttier maintenance, security updates, general platform improvements, and correction of confirmed defects in maintained functionality are not normally charged as client-specific Custom Work.
A requested change in behaviour, configuration, or workflow is not a platform defect merely because the standard system operates differently from the customer’s preferred process.
Major Work
New modules, substantial workflow development, complex integrations, data migrations, major database changes, extensive redesigns, and architectural work are not covered by Custom Credits.
Major Work requires technical assessment, defined scope, separate pricing, and written approval.
Process and Logic Changes
Adjustments to existing process logic may qualify where they are technically supported and contained within the dedicated installation.
Forttier may refuse or quote separately for changes that could compromise data integrity, security, compatibility, regulatory records, auditability, or future maintenance.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate requirements, authorised access, approvals, files, process information, and timely testing feedback.
The customer remains responsible for confirming that requested workflows, forms, records, notices, and operational processes meet its legal and professional obligations.
Incomplete requirements, changed instructions, missing access, or delayed approvals may affect delivery and scope.
Third-Party Services
Custom Work may involve third-party plugins, software, APIs, hosting services, payment processors, email systems, or other external platforms.
Third-party licences, subscriptions, usage charges, transaction fees, renewals, and taxes are not included unless expressly stated.
Forttier is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, restrictions, discontinued functionality, or price increases.
Delivery and Availability
Delivery depends on the approved scope, technical dependencies, current workload, and customer response time.
Response and completion times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the selected offer or written agreement.
Urgent, same-day, weekend, emergency, or accelerated work may require separate approval and pricing.
Access and Security
Customers must provide appropriate authorised access to the relevant Forttier installation and connected services.
Forttier may require temporary, named, role-based, or controlled administrator access.
Unsafe, shared, compromised, incomplete, or unauthorised credentials may be rejected.
Fair Use
All Custom Work packages are subject to fair use.
Forttier may pause, restrict, or refuse requests that are abusive, repetitive, unclear, outside scope, technically unsafe, unlawful, unauthorised, or disruptive to platform operations.
Custom Work packages cannot be used to replace dedicated development staffing or continuous project management.
Service Changes
Forttier may update package names, future pricing, credits, allowances, eligibility rules, and service conditions.
Material changes affecting an active subscription will be handled under the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
Purchased access will not be retrospectively removed from an active paid period.
Eligibility
Custom Work may be limited to active customers, supported dedicated installations, accounts in good standing, supported platform versions, and technically suitable requests.
Forttier may decline work that creates unacceptable operational, security, legal, data-integrity, or compatibility risk.
Taxes and Fees
Prices may exclude VAT, payment-processing fees, currency-conversion costs, third-party charges, or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The final amount will be displayed before purchase and may vary by billing location, currency, and payment method.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Forttier will provide approved services with reasonable care and skill.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Custom Work does not guarantee specific commercial, operational, regulatory, financial, or third-party outcomes.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
