Forttier Custom Credits are designed for client-specific changes to dedicated Forttier installations. They cover controlled adjustments to existing interfaces, settings, forms, booking rules and operational processes.
They do not replace the maintained Forttier platform foundation or cover new modules, major integrations or architectural development.
Forttier Light
For one small, clearly defined change.
Forttier Custom 1 provides limited technical capacity for a focused adjustment within your dedicated installation.
Best for interface changes, wording and label updates, minor settings adjustments or small form-field changes.
- Includes 1 Forttier Custom Credit.
- Includes up to 45 minutes of active work.
- Suitable for one small, clearly scoped request.
- Includes implementation, checks and validation.
- Does not cover new functionality or process development.
Forttier Path
For several related adjustments.
Forttier Custom 3 provides additional capacity for grouped changes across existing Forttier settings and operational areas.
Best for workflow settings, booking configuration, form adjustments, admin interface changes and several related requests.
- Includes 3 Forttier Custom Credits.
- Includes up to 90 minutes of active work.
- Suitable for multiple related adjustments.
- Covers changes to existing workflows, booking rules, forms and admin views.
- Includes implementation, dependency checks and validation.
Forttier Solid
For broader process customisation.
Forttier Custom 6 provides structured technical capacity for coordinated changes across multiple existing areas of a dedicated Forttier installation.
Best for broader workflow configuration, process logic, booking and capacity rules, forms and records, roles and operational access.

- Includes up to 3 hours of active work.
- Suitable for coordinated changes across existing Forttier processes.
- Covers supported process logic, booking rules, forms, records, roles and operational views.
- Includes technical review, implementation and validation.
- Does not cover new modules or architectural development.
General Terms
Requests must be submitted through the designated portal for technical review, scope confirmation and controlled implementation.
Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing period and do not roll over. One-time purchases do not renew automatically.
Quoted work time includes relevant investigation, implementation, dependency checks, testing and validation—not only the visible change.
Standard Forttier platform maintenance, security updates and correction of confirmed defects in the maintained base functionality are not treated as client-specific custom work.
Custom Credits apply only to requested changes affecting an individual dedicated installation.
Unused time or credits from one request cannot be assumed to cover work that introduces additional scope, risk or dependencies.
Forttier determines whether a request fits within the selected package. Requests exceeding the available allowance may require additional credits or a separate quotation. Check our Promotional Terms Here.
Need a Major Change?
New modules, substantial workflow development, complex integrations, data migrations and architectural changes are not covered by Forttier Custom Credits.
